Digital Products Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and software licenses, all sales are final once the product key has been delivered to your email address. We cannot offer refunds for products that have been successfully delivered and activated.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice
- Wrong Product: If we delivered the wrong product due to our error
- Invalid License Key: If the license key provided is invalid or has been previously used
- Non-Delivery: If you did not receive your product within 24 hours of purchase
- Technical Issues: If the product cannot be activated due to technical issues on our end
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must:

Refund Processing Time
If your refund is approved:
- We will process the refund within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary (typically 5-10 business days)
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, you must request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product.
License Key Issues
If you experience issues with your license key:

- Provide your order number and describe the issue
- We will investigate and provide a replacement key if necessary
- No refund is required for license key replacements
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, your order will be flagged and you may be banned from making future purchases. Please contact us directly to resolve any issues.
